Explain my post:

     I would like to introduce the Cantonese foods, because people who live in the U.S. or other country known Chinese food mostly is Cantonese food. Many foreigner like to taste Cantonese, but confused to cooking of the process, so that I list 4 of common dish, Tofu Soup, Black Bean Steamed Pork Ribs, Fry Shrimp and Steamed Fish, this often see in the Chinese Restaurant, no very hard to make and taste so sweet. And then, I want to show the Cantonese food for everyone, because Guangdong where is the root of Cantonese foods has very interesting stuff, such as Cantonese Opera, HongKong or other something, but I think the food is show the Cantonese culture clearly and correct, because the food is following in the old time. Created by our ancestry and improved by us, our tradition will display to world.

  2. Cantonese food is delicious! You know, Cantonese food has been spread widely in Hong Kong as well. Actually, the food culture has not only contained the tasty recipes and taste of the food, but also the unique diet culture with especial meanings and etiquette. Sometimes that may embrace the high level of artistic creativity and its techniques. So would you please mention more about one of the specific examples in detail with the relevant occasion, relating to any interesting origins that you have shared with me so far? I think it would be more interesting.
